The hotel is a breath of fresh air with designer flair, offering clean and comfortable rooms ideal for our needs, and even providing a key for each of us, a thoughtful touch uncommon in many small hotels in Mexico. The service is very nice, with staff cooked with care despite street noise, going above and beyond to book transport and restaurants for guests. The outstanding location is excellent, with everything you need at your doorstep and the aesthetics and attention to detail of Agrado adding an extra layer of charm.

The hotel had a designer flair with an ideal location near the heart of Oaxaca City. We appreciated the individual keys provided for each of us. However, the room was not completely soundproof, and noise from the front entrance could be heard throughout the night.

I felt right at home at Agrado Hotel, centrally located in Oaxaca City. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed, including a bathtub, and it was nice to have individual keys for each guest. However, the lack of wardrobes and chairs was a downside for us.
